Warranty Policy

Favoto stands behind the quality of every helmet, cover, and accessory we produce. All Favoto products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid for the original purchaser only.
(Free accessories or gifts are not covered by warranty.)

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.

      COVERED PRODUCTS

      Favoto will repair or replace any component that is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. Warranty coverage applies to:

      Helmets

      • Shell cracking or deformation caused by manufacturing defects
      • Faulty buckles, straps, adjustment systems
      • Liner separation not caused by impact

      (Note: Any helmet involved in a crash is NOT covered. Impact damage = replacement needed.)

      Motorcycle / Bicycle / Scooter / ATV / Car Covers

      • Defective stitching
      • Broken buckles or straps
      • Zippers that fail due to manufacturing issues
      • Waterproof layer peeling caused by workmanship issues

      Riding Accessories

      • Material defects
      • Manufacturing flaws in hardware (buckles, fasteners, etc.)

      Favoto may use equivalent or improved parts or materials when replacing components.

      WHAT WILL WE NOT DO?

      Favoto will not:

      • Replace any item without photo/video proof of the defect
      • Provide warranty service to second-hand owners
      • Replace items damaged by improper use
      • Cover third-party repair or labor fees unless approved in advance
      • Cover shipping costs for damaged items returned without authorization

      WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

      To submit a warranty request:

      1. Email support@favoto.com
      2. Include your order number and purchase proof
      3. Provide clear photos or video of the issue
      4. Describe the problem in detail

      Our team will diagnose whether the issue qualifies for warranty service.

      Valid claims will be processed within the warranty period: 1 year from the purchase date.

      Shipping damage must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

      Favoto is not liable for:

      • Accidental injury
      • Property damage
      • Economic loss
      • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

      Favoto’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. No cash compensation will be issued.
