CALIFORNIA
1. Bay Area
The Clean Cars for All program offers Bay Area residents who meet certain ZIP code and income requirements the option to remove their old cars in exchange for $7,500 in grant funds to purchase electric bicycles (e-bikes) and bicycle accessories and public transportation.
2. Alameda Municipal Power Service Area
Alameda Municipal Power customers can get discounts of up to $600, depending on bike price and income level.Only E-bikes purchased on or after July 1, 2022. Bill of sale/receipt must be dated within 3 months of application. Must apply by June 1, 2023. Rebates are offered until funds are exhausted.

3. Contra Costa County
Residents of Contra Costa County can get a $150 rebate from the County for a new electric bike purchase. If you qualify for income, your rebate will increase to $300. If you meet the income requirements and live in Equity Priority Communities, you may be eligible for a $500 rebate.
4. Healdsburg
Healdsburg customers can get a $300 rebate for online ebike purchases, and invoices and receipts need to be submitted with the application. Rebates applications must be submittd wihin 12 months of purchase to qualify.
5. Santa Clara Silicon Valley Power Service Area
Silicon Valley Power residential customers can get a 10% rebate on the purchase price of new e-bikes, up to $300. Income-eligible customers can receive up to an additional $200 in rebates. You must submit the apply within 60 days after perchase.
COLORADO
1. Empire Electric Association Service Area
Empire Electric Association customer can submit a receipt for your new ebike within 90 days of purchase to get a $150 rebate (as a credit on your electric bill).
2. La Plata Electric Association Service Area
La Plata Electric Association customer can submit a receipt for your new ebike within 90 days of purchase to get a $150 rebate (as a credit on your electric bill).
3. Edwards Metro District
Residents of the Edwards Metro District's Boundaries can submit their e-bike receipts within 180 days of purchase to receive a $200 rebate. Notes: E-Bike to be used for transportation to and from work.
4. Holy Cross Energy Service Area
Active Holy Cross Energy member in good standing can get a $50 rebate when you purchase a new e-bike for running errands or commuting to work. You must submit the apply within 90 days after perchase.
5. Mountain Parks Electric Service Area
Mountain Parks Electric customer can submit a receipt for your new ebike within 90 days of purchase to get a $150 rebate (as a credit on your electric bill).
6. Highline Electric Association Service Area
Highline Electric Association customer can submit a receipt for your new ebike within 90 days of purchase to get a $150 rebate.
OREGON
1. Eugene
The Eugene Water and Electric Board offer a$300 rebates for a new e-bike purchases made since January 1, 2022. You must submitted your apply with the invoice/bill.
ILLINOIS
1. North Lawndale
Residents living in North Lawndale have the opportunity to receive $750 for the purchase of an electric bicycle. Applicants must apply for the stipend during the open application period and purchase their climate-friendly transportation by May 31, 2023.
MAINE
1. South Portland
The city of South Portland is offering $500 rebates on the purchase of new e-bike for income-qualified residents. If your apply passed, It should take 2-3 weeks to receive your rebate.
INDIANA
1. Avon
Avon residents can get a $200 rebate when they purchase a new e-bike online after January 1, 2023 for running errands or commuting to work on new. Rebate application and associated receipts must be received no later than 180 days from date of purchase.
VERMONT
1. Burlington Electric Department Service Area
Burlington Electric Department customer can get up to $200 rebate for a new electric bike purchase. And you need to submit the apply within 60 days after perchase.
